An Intuit Customer Account Management Portal is a quick and easy way for you to manage your company’s purchases, subscriptions, contact, payment, and billing information, service requests and share this information with others in your organization-all in one convenient location. It shows you all the info like the time when you have purchased the product and its license and product number so you can manage it so when the time comes you can renew it. We call it CAMPS as well.
It allows you to manage all your QuickBooks Desktop products and perform tasks below:
- Managing your account information
- Updating payment methods
- Managing contacts on your account
- Finding your license information and downloading your software
- Reactivating canceled service or subscription
- Cancellation of service or subscription ETC
Benefits of managing your Products and Account information through (camps.intuit.com):
- Save time. Manage your account anytime, anywhere.
- Access to all your products at all times.
- Security. Update payment info, username, and password at your convenience.
- The Products and Services section at the top of the page lists all the software you have purchased along with a download link
- Regardless of where you purchase your product (over the phone from Intuit, online via the Intuit store, from a retail store like Best Buy, or from an online store like Amazon.com), once you register your product, it should display under Products
Note: The main page only shows the five most recent items. To see the rest, select Show All in the lower right of this section. You can scroll through the entire list to see all your subscription and purchased the software.
Accessing the Portal
You can access in this through Google or by navigating to camps.intuit.com
Log in with your user ID and password. If you forget your login credentials, follow the steps below:
- Click on the option “I forgot my user ID or password”
- After that, enter your user ID, email address, or phone number to recover your account
- Now you have to Set a new password. As an added security, you may also be prompted to enter a six-digit code that is sent to your email or cell phone.
- Now you will be redirected to the page where you can see all the lists of your Intuit product After successfully logging in.
QuickBooks Desktop: When you select QuickBooks Desktop, it opens a page that lists all your Desktop products and services. It will also provide you your account and payment details.
QuickBooks Online Accountant: This option will send you to your QBOA Account page. Here you can update your account information and also manage your clients.
QuickBooks Online: This option will take you to your QBO Account page where you can see and manage your personal and billing information.
QuickBooks Payments: It will Direct you to a page that where you see all your payment account and also it will provide you an overview of the charges and fees based on the account selected. You can reach on your merchant center when you click on the Payments Service Center button.
Intuit Online Payroll: This option will take you to your Intuit Online Payroll account.
Reactivating Cancelled Services
Currently reactivating your canceled services/subscriptions are only available through the notification bar from camps account
- Select the Notification icon.
- From the list, find the suspended service/subscription and select the link to reactivate.
- Enter or update your payment information.
- Select Save and Continue.
- Review the information from the summary window and if everything is correct, click Reactivate.
Add an EIN to existing QuickBooks Desktop subscription
- The same registered copy of QuickBooks Desktop can be used on the same device to run payroll process for all companies on a sole payroll subscription.
- QuickBooks Desktop Payroll is compatible to a single company data file per EIN. In fact, trying to use several company files under the same EIN and payroll subscription may lead to disruption in the functioning of the software.
- All companies have similar contact information and payroll administrator in order to subscribe payroll
- It is noted that restriction is imposed on each QuickBooks Desktop Payroll service to add the number of companies on a single subscription.
