Fix 1: Disable Use Printer Offline feature of your EPSON printer:

  2. Use the RUN box type devmgmt.msc and click on Enter.
  3. Right-click in Printers or Printer queues on your EPSON printer device. Then uninstall the same.
  4. Using your keyboard, click on the Windows logo key and R at the same time to invoke the Run box.
  5. Type control and click on the Enter
  6. Large icons, simultaneously click Devices and Printers.
  7. Click Add a printer, by Right-Clicking on the blank areas
  8. Please skip this step while you are working on windows 10.
  9. You can choose Wireless or Bluetooth Printer by clicking on ADD a network while you are on windows 7 software.
  10. Further TCP/IP address or hostname can be used to add Printer by checking the box in front of that. You can go to the next step by clicking on the option next.
  11. After you have entered the IP address and Port name of your Printer. You can then click on Next to complete reinstalling your Printer
  12. You can Restart your computer and check if you’re able to use your Printer.

How to check the IP address and port name of Printer:

  1. Choose Printer properties, by Right-click on your Printer going down to the option.
