Telangana’s Children’s Day Celebrations: CM Revanth Reddy Hosts Under-18 Assembly Session

It is with immense pride that I share my journey and experience as a ‘Well Member’ in the Under-18 assembly, which was graced by the presence of the honorable Chief Minister of Telangana, Mr. Revanth Reddy garu. This milestone has been a turning point in my leadership journey.

Initially serving as an IAS officer in the Under-18 world, I, along with over 50 IAS officers, was under evaluation by the higher authorities. To my surprise and immense joy, I was among the 8 officers selected for promotion to the prestigious role of a ‘Well Member.’ This promotion is not only an honor but also a significant responsibility.

As a Well Member, my primary role is to meticulously record everything happening in the Under-18 assembly, noting the time, the speakers, and the essence of their speeches. This role demands precision, focus, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. Additionally, being a Well Member requires me to attend every meeting of the Under-18 world moving forward, ensuring my continued involvement and contribution to this esteemed assembly.

The recent assembly, with the presence of our Chief Minister, was an unforgettable experience. Witnessing his leadership and vision firsthand was both humbling and inspiring. Standing in the middle as part of the assembly’s core team, I felt an immense sense of pride and responsibility. Despite my initial nervousness, I embraced my role with confidence and ensured that my duties were carried out with dedication.

This experience has taught me invaluable lessons about leadership, diligence, and the importance of contributing to something greater than myself. I am deeply grateful for this opportunity and look forward to fulfilling my responsibilities as a Well Member with commitment and excellence.

Thank you for your continuous support and trust in my abilities.
