Steps to do Tadasana –
In this posture, the body is pulled upward and upright so this posture is called Tadasana.
- First of all, spread a yoga mat and stand upright on it.
- Now keep a distance of 1 foot between your two legs.
- Then straighten both your hands up and keep the fingers straight.
- Then, while breathing inward, try to lift the claws more and more upward and also pull the hands upwards.
- When you move your whole body upwards, your abdominal muscles also stretch.
- Stay in this position for a few seconds and then lower the hands by resting the ankles on the ground.
- Doing this asana helps you in balancing, if it is difficult in the beginning then do not get upset and keep moving on the feet slightly.
NOTE – Doing more and more exercises helps you in balancing, practice this yoga several times a day.
