Make Sandwiches Healthy With Nutralite Mayo

Health is something that is on the mind of most people now. You see more gym memberships and increasing number of people visiting the nutritionist and the dietician. All this is because people now really want to stay fit. With increasing pollution people are rampantly getting sick and another ailment that is haunting the world is obesity. So stay healthy is a bit of a challenge with today’s climatic conditions and the choice of a bad lifestyle. It is true that your tummy will want taste over health and you tend to its wants more than its needs. But thanks to Nutralite you can now amalgamate taste with health. With Nutralite products, you can come up recipes with mayonnaise which are not only tasty but healthy as well. People say sandwiches are bad and lead to a lot of obesity problems that there are. But you can also have healthy sandwich recipes and with Nutralite that is actually possible. Make healthy mayonnaise sandwich like the vegetable triple decker sandwich which requires brown bread slices, white bread slices, potatoes (which would be boiled and grated), salt, black peppercorns, crushed red chilli flakes, green capsicum, cheese spread, onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, pickled gherkins, Pudina and Coriander Nutralite as its raw materials.

These also can go as healthy lunch sandwiches which you and your kids can eat without a worry in the world. The way you make it goes something like this – take the potatoes in a bowl and add salt too it along with crushed black peppercorns, red chilli flakes, green capsicum and cheese spread. Mix it well for a good amount of time. Then butter one slice of white bread and two slices of brown bread for each sandwich. Spread the potato mixture evenly on one slice of brown bread. Some onion rings are placed on the mix, a little salt and a little crushed black peppercorns are then added to cover the slice of white bread. Then add a few cucumber and tomato slices, although this is totally up to you. A few gherkin slices can be also be used to cover the second slice of brown bread. The whole thing is then pressed lightly to flatten. Next, heat the sandwich and spread Pudina and Coriander Nutralite on top. You get healthy and tasty mayonnaise variants like – Veg Mayo, Mayo Achari and Mayo Cheesy Garlic with Nutralite as well.
