Glowing skin is a key to attractiveness and a sign of the general health of a person, regardless of gender and age. The arsenal of care products and cosmetic procedures helps to maintain the aesthetic appearance of the skin, but the basis for its health and youth is the internal state of the body. The daily practice of yoga asanas and pranayama are two keys to returning and maintaining youth of the skin and health for many years.

Our skin is sensitive to the state of the digestive and nervous systems of the body. Most often, digestive disorders cause skin inflammation, overweight and soreness, and stress and nervousness, dry, flabby skin and rash.

Recently, doctors and cosmetologists have turned their attention to yoga as a method to fight against acne. This type of skin disease is mainly associated with dysfunction of the internal organs, in particular, with improper functioning of the digestive system and with malfunctions of the hormonal system. Regular yoga classes help to solve digestive problems (gastric diseases, bowel diseases, constipation, etc.), as well as to get rid of stress, which is the main reason for hormonal imbalance. Some yoga poses make the blood run to the face, thereby enhancing metabolic processes and rejuvenating skin cells.
