But if you yourself are installing your modem then you can get your primary email address buy visiting optimum ID management center. Create a New primary account:
- Open your web browser and go to the Optimum online ID creation page.
- Click on create a new account.

- Enter the last name in the vacant field next to “Last Name” and the phone number associated with your account number next to the field “phone number”.

- Go to the optimum sign in page.

Add additional email addresses:
- Go to the optimum sign in page in your browser.
- Sign in to your Optimum online account by entering username and password and click sign in.
- Click on “create additional IDs”.
- Enter all the information about the new email address and click submit.
- Then answer some security questions and click submit.
- Now you can use the new email address.
