Gear

When choosing weapons for Scourge Warlock, try to focus on items that grant Recovery, Life Steal and Power. Recovery will increase the speed you recover action points. This will allow you to use your nasty damaging Daily Powers more often. Power will increase the potency of your powers so they are more effective. For example, you can choose the Feytouched as the weapon enhancement, and the Soulforged as the armor enhancement. Feats and Powers

As with loadouts, here are two recommended primary builds: Fury and Temptation.

Fury

This is my high-damage AOE/Trash Mob build. If you chose Human I suggest you put your three extra feat points into Blood Pact of Cania. If you use Gates of Hell, I suggest taking out Daughter’s Promises and putting in Gatekeeper’s Empowerment.  There are a few powers for your option. Try each power out and see which ones work best for your situation and play-style. These are all good powers, so test them out and see what you like. I highly recommend keeping PoP up though. For Class Features, I usually use All-Consuming Curse and Shadow Walk, but I’ll swap in Dark Prayers for CR and other hard stuff.

You can choose this loadout when you are in parties or run into difficult content and need the survival boost. This is primarily focused on healing and buffing allies, but still does decent damage. As you can see, my choices for At-Wills remains similar, but the Encounter powers and Class Features have a few choices depending on the situation.

At-Wills: Eldritch Blast, Hand of Blight, Hellish Rebuke

Encounters: Pillar of Power, Dreadtheft, and your choice for the third: Killing Flames, Curse Bite, Firey Bolt, Harrow Storm

Dailies: Brood of Hadar, Tyrannical Curse

Class Features: Prince of Hell, All-Consuming Curse, Dark Prayers, Shadow Walk
