Bhopal. Now, the obligation of two hectares of land to build a new colony in different cities of Madhya Pradesh has ended. It has been reduced to zero by the state government (CM Kamalnath). Under this, it will be easy to cut plots in urban areas or to build a colony (Real Estate Development). The proposal of the Urban Development Department was approved in the meeting of the Cabinet Decision on Saturday. Apart from this, the government has also simplified the process of granting bar license in a resort located near forest areas to boost the tourism sector. Under this, now the resort adjacent to the National Reserve Forest will have a minimum of five rooms and a bar license will be available on one acre of land. The government has also simplified the process of issuing licenses by reducing the license fee.
These proposals got green signal in Kamal Nath cabinet
The Kamal Nath government took many more decisions besides promoting the real estate sector and the tourism sector. Under this, about a dozen proposals were approved. Let’s take a look at the major proposals approved by the Kamal Nath cabinet Gaur City Center.
1-Obligation of 2 hectares of land to build a colony in cities.
2- The process of bar licensing has been changed in the resort located near the forest area. Under this, the facility of bar license will be available for the resort built 20 kilometers from the national park and sanctuary.
3- Two hectares of land was reduced to one acre for the resort bar. Apart from this, license fee will be Rs 50 thousand for a bar with five rooms, one lakh for 6 to 10 rooms and Rs 1.5 lakh for a bar of more than 10 rooms.
4- Permissions will be issued in fifteen days for the criteria required for the license.
5- Approval to give additional land for Jabalpur Airport.
6 – The responsibility of the Madhyaloka Bhawan of Mumbai will be entrusted to the Tourism Department. There will be a change in tourism policy.
7- Approval for extension of tenure of court manager.
8- Approval of incentive proposal for heritage branded hotel, for this the government will give a grant of one crore.
9 – Payment of amount approved for social security pension.
