Earlier known as ICWAI (Institute of Cost and Work Accounts of India), the ICMAI 2019 examination is near. The candidates are preparing day and night to get the job done. The dates for the Foundation and Internal/Final exam are identical, while for the CAT (Certificate for Accounting Technicians), it is scheduled separately.
A quick update for the ICMAI admit card will be released in December 2018. Hence, this is the opportune time to learn the procedure to download the same. Remember, only the candidates who have successfully filled the application form and paid the online registration fee will receive the admit card. Here is a quick outlook on the procedure-

Visit the ICMAI official website i.e. www.icmai.in. to download your admit card.

Search the notification section and select your course. You will be redirected to another page where you have to enter your registration number.

Punch in your registration number to be directed onto your admit card.

Your admit card will appear on your screen, you can either print it right there and keep it for safekeeping till the exam or just download it and print it later.
There are a lot of small mistakes one makes during the preparation time. While sometimes these mistakes can be silly and acceptable, but otherwise it could be gruesome and cost you the chance of cracking the test. Let’s have a look so that you can avoid such mistakes-
Misreading the questions
In an attempt to bank the maximum number of questions, students neglect to fully read the questions. This results in misinterpreting questions and might serve you well in the number of questions you have attempted but then again what good does a wrong answer do.
Making Silly mistakes
As mentioned earlier making silly mistakes is sometimes fine, but otherwise, it could be a grave mistake too. Silly mistakes happen when the candidate is not attentive or is in a hurry. One needs to stay calm throughout the examination, take a full night sleep before the exam and quit last minute revisions. Always note down the right values without any ambiguities.
Skipping topics and cumulating backlogs
This is a national level entrance examination so the competition is bound to be stiff. There is absolutely no chance that a person skipping his class or missing out on topics crack the ICMAI. If you attend a coaching, try to remain consistent, there is always something you can learn in a class and if you are the one who prepares on your own, adopts a strict discipline and plan the entire course of your study. Do not sway from your goal and create a backlog for later, this disrupts the planning and ultimately your dream for crack the ICMAI.
