Training:

  • Cardio: We provide cardio training such as treadmills, cross trainers, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, spin bikes, rowing machines and climbmill. This will boost their performance.
  • Resistance/Weights: We have strength equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, squat racks, Olympic platforms, etc. These are available for everyone – whether you are a bodybuilder or a new lifter.
  • Classes: Apart from the cardio and strength equipment, we also provide lively classes to keep you motivated, stay focussed and ready to work for results and they are Circuits, Circuits @ The Yard, HIIT, Body Tone, Box Fit, Abs Blast, Spin and Zumba.

Apart from the above training classes, the other facilities available at the gym are:

  • Swimming Pool:  We also have a swimming academy and our qualified instructors will train your child in a fun as well as professional environment. Apart from the training academy, the swimming pool is also used by all those who visit the gym. They can relax there after a hard day’s session.
  • Yoga Classes: Today, everyone across the world knows about the benefits of Yoga and we are also having classes for those who want to do Yoga.
  • Parking: For the clients to park their vehicle a dedicated car parking or alternative parking is available.
  • Personal Trainers: We have top-notch personal trainers available to train you and help you in your fitness regime.
  • Steam Room: You can relax and detoxify your body in our club’s steam room. It will also help in rejuvenating your skin, muscles and mind.
  • Empower programme: This is our 30 days result oriented programme which comes with a personalised plan combined with full support and advice to get the desired results.
  • My Zone: It is used in our yard classes as well as throughout the gym. It is a new and innovative heart rate which monitors through wireless and cloud technology and gets you accurate results.
  • Refreshment: This area is available for you to have snacks before your workout and refuel yourself after the workout and is the perfect place to relax.
  • The Yard: This is an exclusive energy fitness programme based on our new training concept which features high-intensity classes run in our own functional fitness playground.
