10 ways to fight against covid-19 transmission at home.

All world is suffering from the disease called Corona virus (COVID -19).The coronavirus family causes illnesses ranging from the common cold to more severe diseases such as severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) and Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS), according to the WHO. It is a virus that can be transmits by human touch ,breath ,air , if person is in close contact ,as it as it is respiratory infections . The symptoms of Covid-19 are seems as it is symptoms of normal illness but it can very dangerous and lethal. It is very important to care of oneself and your loved ones .The symtoms of Corona virus is cough, cold breathing problem, restlessness, fatigue,Sore throat, etc it might seem to be normal illness symptoms but we all have to pay attention to these symptoms as it can costs life. As it is discussed above the virus can be transmitted by air , breathe,touche, share common things, not keeping hygiene etc .And we know that it can transmits very much by traveling , in a public vehicles, get in contact with lots of people,talking without wearing mask etc. To reduce the the transmission it is important to reduce to get in contact with many people and to do that the Government of some countries announced lockdown . People will stay home and will stay healthy as the chance of getting infectioned will be less.Citizens of people of country cooperates with government by staying home and working from home.
There are another important things to get safe from Corona virus that are some ways to fight against Corona virus . There are some ways to fight against covid-19 they are as follows:-
1.Avoid large events and mass gatherings.
As it announced by government to stay home, people should stay home and protect themselves and the close ones.
2.Avoid close contact (within about 6 feet, or 2 meters) with anyone who is sick or has symptoms.
Even we are at our homes ,we should keep distance and social distance between one another.
3.Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
Washing hands in every 2 hours is must ,it can be by any soap or any sanitizer and being hygienic is another important thing.
4.Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
We should avoid touching face – eyes ,nose, mouth often.
5.Cover your mouth and nose with your elbow or a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Throw away the used tissue. Wash your hands right away.
Covering your mouth and nose while sneezing and coughing and otherwise also cover your nose and mouth with mask and hands with gloves.
6.Stay isolated in one room, away from your family and other people, as much as possible.
This includes eating in your room. Open windows to keep air circulating. Use a separate bathroom, if possible.
7. Avoid sharing personal household items, such as dishes, towels, bedding and electronics.
use household cleaning sprays or wipes to clean surfaces that are often touched, including counters, tabletops and doorknobs. Avoid cleaning the sick person’s separate room and bathroom. Set aside bedding and utensils for the sick person only to use.Use the warmest setting you can. Wash your hands after putting clothes in the dryer. Thoroughly dry clothes. If you are handling clothing that has been soiled by the sick person, wear disposable gloves and keep the items away from your body.
8.Avoid direct contact with the sick person’s bodily fluids.Avoid having unnecessary visitors in your home
Wear disposable gloves and a face mask when providing oral and respiratory care and when handling stool, urine or other waste. Wash your hands before and after removing your gloves and mask. Don’t reuse your mask or gloves.Don’t allow visitors until the sick person has completely recovered and has no signs or symptoms of COVID-19.
9.Drinking hot water ,termeric milk and medicines.
Drink hot water 3 times a day , eating boiled eggs, drinking termeric milk a day, taking medicines of vitamin C , taking steam can also help.
10. Maintain a daily routine .
Take breaks from COVID-19 news, including social media.Eat healthy meals and stay hydrated.Exercise.Get plenty of sleep.Avoid use of drugs and alcohol.Stretching, breathe deeply or meditate.Focus on enjoyable activities.Connect with others and share how you are feeling.
By these steps we all can fight against covid-19 and can get the world back to normal living, caring, sharing love, with one another.
